Windows 7 USB drivers for Kogan Agora 5 inch smartphone

Where can i find USB drivers for Windows 7 to connect to a Kogan Agora 5 inch smartphone, model KHPHN05ANDA?  When I plugged in the USB cable, Windows could not find a driver for an MT65xx Android Phone.

    After removing and re-installing it several times, and a final restart of Windows, I was able to debug my app.  You must not insert the USB cable until you get an error message saying that no USB connection was found.
