Sony launches its new music service, Qriocity Music Unlimited, which is primarily available only in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The service provides 6 million songs from 4 great labels - Universal, Sony Music, Warner and EMI. There are reports saying that the music service will be available on Android smartphones. But there are no officially statements about this. However, the service needs to run not only on Sony-devices.

The “Basic” monthly plan of the music service will cost £3.99, and the “Premium” - £9.99.

I believe that Sony Music will spread all over the world and will become a great competitor with Apple’s iTunes.
