Finally, after almost a year since its first appearance, Notion Ink has made their Adam Android tablet available for pre-order.

At the Notion Ink website you can find four different variants of the tablet with different prices.
The lowest price is for Adam Tablet with a Backlit LCD screen and Wi-Fi – $375.33.
The same type with the additional 3G support costs $425.33.
Tablet with a Pixel Qi LCD display (instead of the regular backlit LCD) and Wi-Fi costs $499.45.
And Tablet with 3G and Wi-Fi has the highest price - $ 549.99.
Nevertheless, on the website you can read that Table with a Pixel Qi LCD display is sold out.
The company says that shipping will last from 6 to 8 weeks, what means that customers will get it in late January or early February.
Adam is 10-inch Android tablet powered by an Nvidia Tegra 2 processor and 1GB of DDR2 RAM.  But there is information that this tablet runs Eden – combination of Android 3.0 and Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
So, it’s pretty obvious that soon this tablet will be hitting American stores.

We are looking forward to read your opinions.

As Notion Ink has announced, yesterday they were supposed to start shipping their Adam tablet. So those who pre-ordered the tablet should check delivery status at the end of this month. Also it should be mentioned that there is no the shipping version of Adam -- product NI3421A01 with guarantee code Y2G -- in the FCC database for now. But in any case, let’s see how it will hold up to real-world usage.
Looking forward to see feedback from real users
