Apple vs. HTC lawsuit

I was expecting this lawsuit would happen since Apple has more patents then lines of code.

I use and love Apple products, but I also love the fact that Android is a worthy contender, I prefer my DROID to iPhone. The result should be better operating system and superior apps for all. As a developer I have to develop apps for all of them anyway (iPhone, Android, Crackberry, Palm, and Winblows).
